Treatment Rates

Please contact us directly for our treatment rates.

For residential clients, the daily rate covers all therapeutic services, physicians' fees, meals and snacks, lodging, and most therapeutic and recreational outings.

For PHP clients, the daily rate covers all therapeutic services, physicians' fees, meals and snacks (including grocery credit for preparing dinners outside Magnolia Creek), and most therapeutic and recreational outings. There is an additional charge of $20 per day for lodging in the PHP apartments, which covers all linens, towels, and utilities.

What the daily rate does not cover, however, is lab work, pharmacy prescription fees, or fees for prescribed ancillary services (such as massage therapy or chiropractic care) as we use outside providers for these services. You (or your insurance) should be prepared to pay for these expenses.

Working With Insurance

We understand that having the appropriate type of insurance coverage can make a significant difference in the type and quality of treatment available to you. Magnolia Creek has worked with various insurance companies to secure partial or complete coverage of treatment for our clients.

Our staff works with you from the start of the admissions process to check your eligibility and benefits. We will do everything we can to help with the insurance process, including obtaining pre-certification, conducting concurrent reviews, and working out single case agreements.

Please understand that insurance policies and benefits vary greatly and that verification of benefits is not always a guarantee of payment for your stay. Also note that in cases where we use third-party providers (for lab work, pharmacy prescriptions, or ancillary services), these parties will file claims with your insurance company directly, and you will be responsible for any remaining balances not paid by your insurance company.

When Insurance Is Not Enough

If your insurance benefits do not adequately provide for appropriate treatment, don't give up. The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) website publishes a Parent's Toolkit that addresses insurance issues and contains tips for fighting for insurance coverage and using the appeals process.

Magnolia Creek also works as a treatment partner with the Manna Scholarship Fund to offer affordable treatment for recipients. These scholarships are highly sought after, but they at least offer an option for women who are uninsured, underinsured, or otherwise unable to cover the cost of treatment.
